William Doonan

William Doonan is a highly experienced tax attorney based in the Bronx, NY. William A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, William has been the tax attorney of choice for many teachers, nurses, construction workers, police officers, firemen and more for 35+ years. He specializes in itemizing returns for Civil Service workers.

Prior to attending law school, William graduated from Fordham College. He started his career as a math teacher in NYC public schools and went above and beyond to inspire his students, often buying sporting equipment with his own money to reward them for doing their best. After a few years William started to attend Brooklyn Law School, and once he graduated, he opened up his own tax business. He has run this business ever since.

In the 1960s William was a lifeguard at Orchard Beach in the Bronx and he still looks back fondly on that time. To this day, he enjoys relaxing at the beach, swimming at his YMCA pool, or simply spending time outdoors. He also enjoys reading and credits much of his approach to life to the book How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
