William Frame

William Frame is an Energy Commerce major at the University of Texas Tech in the Rawls College of Business. William is very adaptive and will thrive in any enviroment he is put in. With experiences in the real world, William is learned and has obtained attributes that are geared towards success, such as the ability to be focused yet responsive to his surroundings. William is realistic, knowing hard work is needed to get the job done and when his skills are implemented, the task at hand is completed quick but more importantly, efficiently. With roots in a family business, William understands the importance of innovation and dedication to a company. William knows how vital having those two traits are for the prosperity of the business and believes everyone should play a key part in making the company prosper. William will lead everyone by example, helping to achieve a communative goal by utilizing characteristics of both him and his peers. William's goal is to implement his skillset into the oil and gas field under the right position catered to his unique abilities in order to benefit the company to William's fullest capability.
