I am William Harris, the founder and CEO of Elumynt, an eCommerce growth agency recognised on the Inc. 5000 and on Adweek's Fastest Growing Agencies list. I came to this work from an unusual direction: I was a registered nurse first, which is still the best training I have had in paying attention to what the numbers are actually telling you.
