Chuck Martz

Chuck Martz was born in central Illinois in 1964. I was the first son of Willam and Judith Martz. I had a happy childhood surrounded by family, and loved spending time with my aunts and uncles, and cousins. My grandparents loved me and made my life very special.

I have been married to my wife Jennifer for 22 years, although we were divorced early in our marriage, and then remarried about being divorced for three years. I have 5 children ranging from ages 23 to 6, and a grandson that is approaching the one year mark.

I have had so many jobs over the years, I worked for a seed corn company from the time I was 12 until I was 23, I was a security guard at a bean mill, I worked as a general contractor, a mill wright, a bartender, a bouncer, a dj, a papermaker, and now for almost 20 years, I have been a tiremaker. I currently work as a Kiazen leader in the tire room, performing six sigma, standards driven process, kiazen productivity improvements, mentoring supervisors, and creating and controlling training and quality documents.

I am a Christian, and love God. I try hard to keep Him first in my life, my wife a very close second, and my family a very close third. I am far from perfect, and I learn something every day, most of the time several somethings.
