William "Bill" Pote

Bill Pote studied economics at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University. The founder and Chief Executive Officer of MegaPhase, LLC in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Bill Pote puts his expert staff to work building some of the most advanced radio frequency and microwave cable systems in the world. Serving the high-tech market, Bill Pote supplies communications cables and connecting systems to the defense department, telecommunications companies, and the aerospace industry. In one of their more high-profile projects, Bill Pote and his crew at MegaPhase manufactured cables that went into outer space. Providing their GrooveTube cable assemblies for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, Bill Pote and the scientists at MegaPhase contributed to the successful Hayabusa space probe mission that gathered the first ever particles from an asteroid in space. Responsible for MegaPhase’s business development and key account support, Bill Pote has built the company’s reputation for reliability, value, and outstanding performance. Serving over 500 customers located in 30 different countries, Bill Pote has landed some of the biggest names in industry, including Motorola Inc., Boeing, Raytheon Company, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Under the leadership of Bill Pote, MegaPhase has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 30 percent. Bill Pote is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the Army Aviation Association of America. In appreciation of the contributions made by the United States Armed Forces, Bill Pote proudly supports the Wounded Warrior Project.
