Over the course of his career, Business and Corporate Development and Deal Origination professional William Rossetter has facilitated numerous mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions. He entered the corporate world following receipt of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Marshall School of Business. While achieving his degree at the University of Southern California, he also served as an Intern Analyst with Wachovia and Wells Fargo Advisors. William Rossetter then brought this experience into his first professional position as a member of the financial services team at New York Life Insurance Co. and NYLIFE Securities, where he managed a portfolio of high net worth clients and generated the highest revenue in his team.

William Rossetter left New York Life in 2012 when he was recruited by UNICOM Global and subsequently became a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Specialist with UNICOM Global. Promoted to Director of Business Development and M&A after only three months, he facilitated 18 such transactions with companies whose annual revenues ranged from $100 million to $5 billion. He also contributed to the organization’s overall corporate development activities through the implementation of partnerships, licensing deals, and other related activities.

Now a Corporate Development Consultant with Vision Solutions, an enterprise software company, Mr. Rossetter has successfully been a lead contributor in a 9-figure licensing agreement with technology giant IBM. He balances his professional responsibilities with an active personal life that includes hiking, swimming, kayaking, and bodybuilding.
