He founded Cookstr.com, the world's #1 collection of cookbook recipes available online.

He is the co-author of SEND: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do it Better, with David Shipley - a business bestseller short-listed for the Quill Award for Best Business Book of the Year.

He was the editor in chief of Hyperion Books and before that of William Morrow.

Will is on the board of Yale University Press and Kingsborough Community College Foundation.
