I am a writer. I combine my creative writing artistry and my fascination with the past to write narrative history. My (hi)stories are not mere recitations of facts, but time travel into the living experience of past eras and events.

The point of departure for these time travels is my website, "Quo Vadis? Time Traveler." "Quo Vadis?" is for anyone who loves period films and novels, because it is an adventure into our many-storied past.

"Quo Vadis?" is also for teachers and students of history, because the narratives are not fictionalized; I rely upon the scholarly research and findings of our academic historians and upon diaries and memoirs for the factual accuracy of the histories.

In addition to writing and publishing creative non-fiction and narrative history, I have written part 1 of a trilogy titled BANYAN, a screenplay for an animated film, and a children’s story, "As Wrong As Wrong Can Be," which won the Florida Writers Association’s Royal Palm Literary Award. I also freelance as a journalist and copy editor.

I live in Bokeelia (on Pine Island), Florida, among palm tree and tropical fruit plantations.

I hope you will join me in my travels through time.
