Jane Williams

Jane succeeded in a world that no one in her family had ever been before.
She grew up the 8th child in a 10 sibling household. Jane was born on December 14, 1963 to Thomas James and Bonnie Ruth Williams. Jane received her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Administrative Management from Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. She is currently a full time Graduate Student
at North Carolina Central University in the Masters of Public Administration
program.

Jane recently completed a summer internship at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in Washington, D.C. She managed a database of over 500 contacts to conduct future outreach for the DNC. She performed all administrative
duties for the DNC including the creation of online documents and resources for
the voter protection department. She researched over 10 voter stories/cases to inform the DNC's media commentary on voter id laws. Working as a legal
secretary and courtroom processor for the Fulton County government, Jane
supported up to 12 lawyers. She diffused irate clients/family members and
resolved problems efficiently. She developed cases from initial file receipt
with sole case management responsibility as well as demonstrated the ability to
excel in all aspects of new client development. She prepared calendars of over 200-500 cases weekly. Jane had a reputation of getting things done. After a short time on the job, she received an employee of the year award.
