I believe in the power and language of food.
It cuts across age, income, culture and has, for all time, been the ultimate offering of hospitality.
Food brings families together every day and signifies celebration on so many occasions around the world, all throughout the year, from Christmas turkey to Halloween pumpkin, wedding and birthday cakes.
Food is the lifeblood of humanity and my passion - and it is currently under siege.
Every day our food supply is dwindling in quantity, quality and variety and, as a Chef, I am fighting to bring back what we used to put on our tables and in our bodies.
I am currently studying Sustainability and Culinary Arts and encouraging my neighbours to grow vegetable gardens.
And so I ask you - 'What can you do?'
