Shaun Williams
Being an actor, having a large fan following comprising his family, I decided to throw up a blossoming career in the corporate world to become a blooming idiot involved with the performing arts.
My first public performance was at the age of thirteen in a play called 'The Happy Prince'. Many years later I bagged two tiny roles in QTP's "The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail' and noone seems to have remembered me in it. I however spent the next several years playing various lead and supporting roles in plays by Akvarious Productions and also had a brief stint with an Improv comedy group.
Somewhere along the way I stumbled upon and fell in love with teaching, teaching drama with Theatre Professionals Pvt. Ltd. Children of various age groups, in several schools in Mumbai permitted me to share with them and even direct them in large scale annual day productions of casts of at least a hundred actors. I eventually started working with adults I enjoy sharing with them as well.
Apart from teaching drama ,I amoften employed as an acting coach for TV commercials and films. My most notable work would be the Flipkart.com TV commercials.
It is believed I can act and my face agreeable enough to be in TV commercials for reputed brands like Volkswagen, Cadbury's, KFC, Imperial Blue, Vodafone, Idea Cellular and many more.
