I am an entrepreneur and business leader with a background in private banking, financial services, and payment processing. I currently serve as the President and CEO of Iron Rock Payments, where I focus on helping businesses navigate the evolving payments industry through practical solutions and strong relationships.

I grew up in Long Beach, California, in a hardworking family with immigrant roots. My mother is from Ecuador, and my father is of German and Polish descent. I started working at 14 years old, and those early experiences taught me discipline, responsibility, and the importance of earning opportunities through hard work. I graduated with honors from both Long Beach Wilson Classical High School and California State University, Long Beach, where I earned degrees in Rhetorical Theory and Global Economics.

My career began as an unpaid intern at Salomon Brothers before I joined Morgan Stanley Private Bank and later JPMorgan Chase, where I helped build the Chase Private Client program. I later founded PayFacto, which was acquired by Visa in 2019. Today, I continue building on those experiences at Iron Rock Payments.

Outside of work, I enjoy competitive golf and regularly compete in Monday qualifiers for major PGA tournaments. I believe success comes from staying curious, working hard, and always looking for ways to improve.
