William Bradley III (also referred to by his personal brand WilliamTheMogul) is a native of South Central Los Angeles. He attended California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, where he majored in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. As a college student, William decided to put his learned knowledge from the classroom to the real life executive board room. Before he walked across that stage in 2006, William received his Real Estate license as a junior in college. In 2010 William went back to school for specialized training in Real Estate Investing by attending Nouveau Riche University. William has carved a name for himself in the plaque of success in Real Estate & Business.

In 2007, William co-founded First Integrated Credit Solutions (FICS) which was a credit education & credit improvement company. The downward spike in the economy brought attention & the importance of the services offered by FICS. To better serve their target market in 2010 FICS was dissolved as a stand alone entity & all credit improvement services will be offered via the non profit Tunnel Of Hope. After becoming not only the youngest but also #3 top money income earner for his previous real estate company, the natural path of progression to pivot out & pour the concrete for his own real estate firm. In 2008 William co-founded the CEO Realty Group, which is a residential real estate brokerage firm.

Financial education has always been a passion of William’s. The ability to empower with knowledge & education was the driving force of William’s newest baby. The recession & William began to date. They got married & birthed Tunnel Of Hope in 2009 which is a community based non-profit organization. The most important piece of Real Estate is our community. Our mission is to “Empower communities to become financially literate so they can position themselves to become financially able; by providing options, information, & education to the neglected & undeserved.”

In 2011 he expanded his empire into the on-line world of Real Estate and is the co-founder of several Internet start ups targeted to those in the Entertainment, Fashion, and Real Estate Industry.
