William Thode

Since 1997, attorney William “Bill” Thode, has represented hundreds of businesses owners, real estate principals and other individuals in a variety of business and real estate matters, in and out of court. His past experience includes work with several boutique law firms in Denver specializing in business law, real estate finance and commercial litigation. He also served four years as a staff attorney for the Mountain States Legal Foundation, a non-profit law firm specializing in litigation of land use and property rights.

Mr. Thode is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the CBA Business, Real Estate and Litigation Sections. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School, where he received honors for his trial advocacy skills. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Mr. Thode is licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth, Tenth and D.C. Circuits and all Colorado state and federal courts.
