WILLIE PRICE

Willie A. Price, President of Majadi Enterprises Inc. has been a real estate investor and entrepreneur since 1987. Mr. Price has written several publications and articles for local newspapers in the Buffalo and Rochester, NY areas, on various Real Estate subjects: Property Investing, Property Management and Property inspections. He became a Registered Apartment Manager (R.A.M.) in 1992 with the National Association of Home Builders. In 1994 he was inducted to the Speakers Advisory Bureau as a speaker on Urban Management. In 1996 he became a Certified Senior Home Inspector and began inspecting and teaching inspection courses. In 2007 he began performing R.E.A.C. (Multi-family) Home Inspections for HUD. He took his extensive knowledge in the H.U.D. Compilation Bulletin and protocol to start a consulting & training program for Housing agencies receiving low inspection scores. In 2010 he became a Certified FEMA Inspector and began performing residential and multi-family inspections on properties to assess their Weatherization and Energy Conservation needs. As an Auditor he also performed EPA/HUD: Lead Renovation Monitoring audits. Mr. Price believes continuous education is the key to keeping your business current and profitable. He enrolls in various certification and continuing education courses on a regular basis to keep abreast of current property management and inspection issues. Because of his broad and extensive knowledge he consults and partners with various housing agencies and financial institutions (nationwide) on a regular basis.
