Owner since 2012: Clandestino Dining, A Gourmet Supper Club. Events held monthly for 50 to 70 guests, located at different unique venues such as lofts, art galleries, and grocery stores around the City of Chicago. Contestant 2007 - 2011. Third Place 2008. Worked as overnight pitmaster/fireman, development of rub recipes, presentation to judges.
