Willie Wyllie
In 1977, Willie, together with his improv troupe Stage Fright and Toronto-based film, television and stage actor Howard Jerome, co-founded the Ottawa High School Improv Olympics. In 1986, Willie and Howard transformed the Improv Olympics into the Canadian Improv Games. Now, in conjunction with Canada's National Arts Centre, the Games are played by teams of high school students in every province in Canada. Each Spring in Ottawa, the Nation's Capital, teams from across the country participate in a National Festival of workshops and in the National Finals of the Games. It is the largest event of its kind in the world.
