I am a proud Tar Heel transfer and former Army Black Knight, an aspiring fighter and lover of loveable things. I challenge myself to view the world in three dimension and high definition. Life is in the details.
If I could only have one thought, it would be John Wooden's definition of success: "Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming." I won a lifelong subscription to the Fight Club philosophy. Success is a mindset and it is intimately personal. Only we ourselves know if we are truly successful. Our house can't tell us, our bank accounts can't tell us, and our friends can't tell us. Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate... Potential is God's gift to man; reaching that potential is our gift back to God.
My struggle in life is learning what to take seriously and being able to laugh at the rest. I love feeling adventurous and I love feeling connected. If my life were a balance sheet, by the end of my final year I want my giving column to be greater than my taking column, because that's all I've been raised to seek.
