Will Karl

Hi! My name is Will Karl. I am currently a Sales Consultant for Hendrick Dodge in Cary NC. I have lived in North Carolina since March of 2012. I moved from NY, lived most of my life on Long Island in Hauppauge then spent some time in Ithaca in upstate NY.

I love living in North Carolina it has been a wonderful experience. I do on occasion miss my friends back in NY. However, the benefits of great weather have been able to give me the opportunity to go golfing in my down time.

I have golfed since seventh grade and tried out for the junior varsity team when I was in 8th grade. I was never trained or coached; however, I have been able to critique myself and majority of the time I am able to realize my flaws.

Besides golf, I have always been really into music. It has been a passion of mine ever since third grade starting on the cello then moving up to the double bass in fourth grade. Before college I had the opportunity to compete on a county and state level. Unfortunately, I was never given the chance to compete All-Eastern because I took another opportunity to play with New York Youth Symphony, who at the time was ranked as the number one youth orchestra in the nation. I was also able to play on two separate occasions at Carnegie Hall in NY City, which was a dream come true. I will never forget walking out onto the stage and plucking one string and listening to it resonate throughout the hall for what seemed like five minutes.

Before working here at Hendrick Dodge I was a sales manager with Dicks Sporting Goods but having the opportunity to have "real" customer relationships has been a great experience. I look to change every customer’s idea of the "car buying experience". I don't think buying a car should be something you dread or feel stressed out about; instead, the experience and the sales professional should be something you never for
