"Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards." - Soren Kierkegaard.
Passion has directed my life; a passion to learn, to love, and to experience. Studying both Economics and Global Studies at Azusa Pacific University allows me to combine my passions of multi-cultural learning and poverty alleviation in an effort to attack and dismantle the structures in poverty over all parts of the world. Poverty alleviation is no small task, but the solution lies in knowledge of how, where, why, and to whom poverty happens to. Realizing the privilege I am lucky to have I desire to use tools such as microfinancing and community development as empowerment for those stricken by poverty to act and make a change.
I hold strong to what I believe and realize what I believe can continually change. I seek the uncomfortable to find the comfortable. I dream, experience, learn, and act.
