My name's Will, and I'm something of a semi-professional thinksperson.

Perhaps you need something thoroughly thunk through.

You may have something you need broken to make it better, a particularly finicky puzzle with no defined edges, or you might need someone to dismantle someone else's mathematics or logic.

I am also an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and have a strong, long and somewhat absorbent history in frontline customer service.

Previously, I have been involved with areas as diverse as retail, coffee, mental health care and technical support. There is a more-than-comfortable overlap between the last two.
