Will McMoil is a passionate second-year student at the University of Miami's Herbert Business School pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. With a strong foundation in sports leadership and financial management, Will combines analytical thinking with exceptional interpersonal skills. His hands-on experience spans sports administration, financial accounting, and customer service roles, where he has consistently demonstrated a results-driven mindset. Education

Will is currently a sophomore at the University of Miami's Herbert Business School, where he has earned a place on the Dean's List and holds a Presidential Scholarship while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Before college, he graduated from Madison High School in Vienna, VA with an impressive 4.023 GPA and an Advanced High School Diploma. His high school, ranked 9th in Virginia and 273rd nationally by U.S. News & World Report, provided a strong foundation through his participation in Varsity Lacrosse, International Club, and DECA.

Experience

Will's professional journey spans diverse roles that showcase his versatility and commitment to excellence. He currently coaches lacrosse at Palmer Trinity Senior High School while balancing his studies. His financial acumen was strengthened through an internship at the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, where he handled financial transactions and prepared profit and loss summaries. His leadership abilities shined as a Summer Camp Counselor at Sportrock Climbing Centers and as an Assistant Travel Guide with Rustik Travel, where he navigated the challenging Tour du Mont Blanc route. Will also gained valuable customer service experience as a youth sports coach with i9 Sports and as a server at Caboose Brewing Company.

Extracurricular Activities

Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Will demonstrates commitment to community service and education. As VP of Communications for the Young Men's Service League, he managed vital communications and contributed over 200 volunteer hours to philanthropic initiatives. His passion for economics led him to serve as a Teacher's Assistant for both Macroeconomics and Microeconomics courses, where he guided fellow students toward academic success through personalized mentorship and classroom support.
