Wills Marcello

As an Arizona native, Wills received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Arizona and graduated from McGuire’s Entrepreneurship Program from within the Eller College of Management. Prior to Sandor, Mr. Marcello joined forces with a fellow from McGuire to co-found an innovative digital advertising company which he ultimately sold to his business partner.

Pursuing interests outside of Arizona, Wills moved to New York City where he spent three years working with private equity clients and venture capitalists on myriad startup and new business endeavors. Then at Clearview, Mr. Marcello performed a variety of multifaceted roles for clients which included NYSE, Markit, Knight Capital, Huxley Associates, Aurion, amongst others. Currently, Wills serves as the director of a private business incubator in Scottsdale, AZ for two years where he is responsible for strategic ventures and new market development for multiple states.

Throughout his career, Wills has proven his propensity to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments where his various assignments have taught him to adapt quickly and excel in a wide array of business engagements.
