Sports broadcaster Will Selva currently serves as an Anchor with the NFL Netwrok and Fox Sports 1 in Los Angeles, California.

As a sports journalist, Selva has hosted some of the network’s premier shows, including SportsCenter, College Football Live, Baseball Tonight, NBA Tonight, First Take, and College Basketball Final, in addition to his work on ESPNews. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Selva used his language skills in a live translation of the Manny Ramirez press conference during his trade from the Boston Red Sox to the Los Angeles Dodgers; he also represented the network at the National Association of Hispanic Journalists convention in Denver.

Additionally, Will Selva has interviewed high profile names like Will Ferrell and LeBron James, and serves on a weekly panel that decides the Cross-Sport Power Rankings on ESPN.com.

Will Selva grew up in San Francisco and studied at St. Ignatius College Prep. He then attended Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Receiving the Phoenix Press Club Scholarship and the Arizona State University Regents Scholarship for out-of-state students, Selva studied broadcast journalism.

After graduating, Will Selva found a position with KRON 4/BayTV in San Francisco as a fill-in sports anchor on the 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts, and co-hosting the Sunday Examiner and Chronicle High School Sports Show.

In 2003, Will Selva served as Sports Director for KXTV in Sacramento. He anchored the sports news twice daily while writing, editing, and producing all stories. He regularly covered the Sacramento Kings, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, San Francisco Giants, and Oakland Athletics, as well as high school sports. Will Selva then spent two years as a sports newscaster on the Morning Express with Robin Meade ( formerly known as Robin & Company).
