Helping design websites and web-based apps by discovering what is known and believed within the company and (hopefully) what customers are telling us, connecting the dots, designing a compromise, working towards (and sometimes fighting for) the best solution, ensuring that it is developed accordingly and at times, testing solutions… then after and during - exploring new ideas and opportunities to make it even better.

I currently work in Agile teams to design user experiences and interfaces that exhibit an intuitive and clear construct that makes it possible for our users to complete their orders with their customers quickly and correctly with very little effort.
