I am a professional parkour instructor and performer based in Manchester, UK. I am ADAPT qualified, CRB checked, First Aid trained and have been teaching parkour for 5 years. During that time I have worked for a number of Schools/colleges, Youth Services and City councils.

My qualification not only gives me public liability to teach, but also affiliates me with some of the worlds most respected practitioners. I have starred in numerous documentaries and completed work for 'Nike' and 'Sky'. I have also spent 3 months teaching parkour at a summer camp in New York, USA.
