Mr. NDAYISABA Wilson is the Co-founder and COO at STES Group, a startup company of young engineers from different disciplines with the mission of solving the hardest problems in Africa with the purpose of creating local industries that will provide Jobs to many. Currently STES Group is working on Smart agriculture with BazaFarm Technology to help famers to precisely use agriculture inputs like water and fertilizers. He has a background in civil engineering from Sinhgad Technical Education Society. In 2015-2016 he acted as the Guild president of students’ union in Sinhgad Technical Education Society, Rwanda. In high school he studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He developed his prototype as the active member of Fablab Rwanda from ICT Chamber. In March 2017, with STES Group members were awarded as the best coordinated team in international Solar Event held in India/Pandarpur. Wilson and his team are known to have made the first solar electric car in Rwanda in May, 2017. With the team they have won different prizes including, smart city challenge organized by GIZ, Toyota mobility solution ideathon and Climate earlywarnig system organized by UNDP.
