Wilson Asamoah is a Food Scientist/microbiologist currently based in Ghana. He is also an Entrepreneur developing new products and markets in the food industry. Wilson has experience in Quality management, Supply management and Nutrition. He is research oriented and interested in edcuation, especially in Ghana. Throughout his career, WIlson has shown strong understanding and a holsitic approach to the food chain. He wishes to educate the youth and pass on his understanding in the food industry. He also hope to take up an opportunity in the N-GO sector to educate farmers and other stakeholders on food quality issues, post-harvest technology and food supply management.
