Hi everyone,

My name is Briony Wilson, a home cook who accidentally became a FOODIE.

How it all began :)

12 years ago I could barely cook, and now my friends and I joke about this on a regular basis. After venturing off to college in Jamaica where I grew up, and choosing a major that I could walk away with useful skills at the end of the program, things completely changed for me. Me, a basic eater and one who would stay away from the kitchen if I had a choice, went to college and graduated top of the class for the food and beverage majors. I didn't learn everything I know over those two years in college, (It was an Asc.) I spent a lot of time watching the food network after graduation and got inspired to cook without limits and just to have fun in the kitchen. It's not that hard, trust me. I loved the transformation of raw meats and produce turning into delicate tasty masterpieces more than anything back then, but now I'm much more appreciative of knowing what's in my food. And, it's great to eat more food than preservatives right?

This will be my second blog, the first was with Blogger which I started 2 years ago, but now I've decided to join the wonderful world of wordpress. Follow, like, share and comment to show me some love. I am also open to your suggestions.
