Mother, Volunteer, and Public Speaker in Moreno Valley CA

Hi, my name is Nikita.

I am a mother, an advocate, a commissioner—and most importantly, a neighbor who cares deeply about this city and the people who call it home.

Moreno Valley is made up of many communities, each with its own story, strengths, and needs. From Edgemont to Moreno Beach to Sunnymead, our city is connected—just like the “M” on the mountain that overlooks us all. To me, that “M” is not a symbol of standing above the valley, but of bringing the valley together.

When I go up to the mountain, I go carrying those communities with me—not to look down on the city, but to gain a clear and honest view of what the city needs. And when I come back down into the valley, I come with what I’ve gathered: insight, responsibility, and a commitment to serve where it matters most—alongside the people.

Whether as a mother, an advocate, a commissioner, or a neighbor, I have always shown up. And I want to be clear: my commitment to this community is not tied to a title. I am running to serve, not to disappear. Regardless of my position, I will continue to be present, listening, advocating, and working for the good of Moreno Valley.

Leadership, to me, is not about elevation—it’s about connection. And I am here to serve.
