Note: It's New Year's Eve, 2013, and I am reflecting. I think 2013 has been my most favorite year ever that I can remember! So many answers to prayers, so much love with family and friends, so many sweet surprises and also bittersweet, painful moments, growth, open doors, joy, laughter, and tears. For me, 2013 was truly a year of living life and being thankful every single day for all of my blessings. I will miss this year, yet am excited to welcome the New Year! I'm wishing everyone a beautiful last day of 2013 and an amazing 2014!

I am passionate about so many things in my life. I have a tremendous love for animals and wholeheartedly support the Hope For Paws Rescue Organization.

I am also an advocate for the Non-GMO Project, labeling our foods and eating lean, clean and green. In addition, I stand behind Shakeology, which I believe is the best super food supplement created for our health to the present time.

When I am not reading, writing, blogging, researching or doing homework (finishing my BA degree this year! Yay, me!) I love to spend time with my family, friends, my best fur friends (my dogs, Buddy & Mandy) and being outdoors whenever possible. I enjoy hiking, kayaking and long, long walks. Oh, and last but certainly not least...I love wine! I adore it.

I am contemplating a major occupational change in the next few years...a bit more writing, editing and teaching...a little less medical transcription. I am working on a teaching/fictional children's book series that I hope to one day see bringing smiles on the faces of children and parents. I thoroughly bloom inspiring imaginations!

On the side, I enjoy sharing on my Web site, Keep Choosing Consistency. I feel this is a special place geared for those who are tired of traveling on a road of inconsistent healthy choices. Most important to this journey is making CHOICES and KEEPING CONSISTENT for YOU! I hope this site will encourage you in so many ways with a variety of subjects and healthy tips for your life. I like to mix it up!
