Currently I serve as the Associate Director of Employer Relations for the Kogod School of Business, where my goals are to forge long lasting relationships with top employers to create both internship and full time job opportunities for Kogod students and to continually engage the talented Kogod alumni to provide invaluable career advice and insights to the current Kogod student population. From this perspective, I am aware of the challenges employers face and the qualities that they look for in top talent.

Personally and professionally, my goal is to bridge this gap and bring the two parties together for their mutual success.
