Winarti Silberman

Winarti Silberman has started her career as a lawyer in Indonesia for number of years. She also has been as a lawyer in house as well as an assistance of human resources department for a giant retail business in Indonesia. Since 2005, she became actively at teaching law at Indonesia state owned University. Her major specialisation at that time was private law, non-litigation cases, contract law and Indonesian legal system. She has involved in a several legal drafting for Indonesia legislation. She had organised and attended numbers of International law conferences in Indonesia.

She completed her Master degree at Melbourne University in 2008 specialised in media and cyber security law, as well as in International environmental law. She has joined with Environment Essentials in 2009 and has involved in the development of bilingual EnviroLaw, SafetyLaw and HSE LawGuides for Indonesia mining. And since then she has specialised herself as an Environment, Health and Safety legal consultant.

She has a good reputation amongst her international educational and mining business network in Indonesia. Developing trust and commitment to clients is her main achievement. In a social life, she has a great passion to orphan kids in Indonesia and she has involved in a number of charity events for orphanages.
