The authentic writers of the wine handbook, "Wine Behind The Label", were wine pros, David Moore and Philip Williamson.
Both have been involved in the assessing wine for twenty five years or even more, and the two went widely through the world wine areas, and visited the very best vineyards.
Both were heavily involved with the London-centered "Vinopolis Wine Experience", from its inception, as well as in 2000, were invited to be the principal wine judges for "Wine to-day Europe", an event coordinated by the New York Times.
