We may rethink on all aspects, get others’ feedbacks, exchange ideas, brainstorm, examine ourselves and adjust all possibilities, there will be unexpected benefits. “One ant-hole may cause the collapse of a mountain.” Even if the essay is well written, when applied in a wrong way, it could result in a serious mistake. “A minor issue could become a crucial step.” We must learn from experience and lessons, watch out and never ignore any tiny signs, so we can fulfill our task. Furthermore, prevent problems from arising in the earliest possible stages.

In addition to continuous refinement in my professional, I also improved my knowledge and skills in the extensiveness and deepness, and sought the best problem-solving techniques. Issues and data at all levels better be clarified, analyzed, compared, and integrated. Apply strategic, organized, systematic, logical, and procedural approaches, to quickly find the best answer. For IC design, analysis, and testing, objectives and steps should be understood and validated, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and cost.

My experience was mainly responsible for testing project development and management on a variety of semiconductor ATE testers or platforms, develop and verify test programs, provide enthusiastic technical support for the engineering and production issues, meet customer needs and satisfaction. Customers and vendors include: design houses, ATE vendors, testing subcontractors, and semiconductor manufacturing foundries.

My biggest strength is tenacity. I’m a self-starter, highly motivated, energetic and goal-oriented, but also cooperative, upright, and a team player.

To finish our mission, always take positive enforcement, interaction, and cooperation in coordinating colleagues and team members; To enhance creativity, inspiration, confidence, and friendships on tasks, often engage in sports or recreation in leisure time, hopefully establish win-win social network.
