Ms Chay is a life coach, public speaker, and consultant currently living in Singapore. Her interests range from career to relationship to life coaching. She is also interested in financial literacy and mental skills.

Ms Chay is an active International Umpire (Blue Badge) registered with the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). She serves on the Technical & Official Committee in Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA). She has been invited to umpire at various high profile international sporting events such as the inaugural Youth Olympic Games (YOG) 2010, hosted in Singapore; the 26th SEA Games 2011, in Indonesia; the 20th Commonwealth Games 2014, in Scotland and the 28th SEA Games which was being hosted in Singapore in 2015. In 2016, she was involved in the prominent 2016 Asian Olympic Games Qualification Tournament in Hong Kong.

Ms Chay is well trained and known to be able to connect and empathize with her participants. Since 2003, she has been engaged to conduct and facilitate in numerous training programmes, including Career Preparation, Mental Skills, Leadership Training, Team Building & Team Learning (TBTL), Social Etiquette, Environmental and Financial Literacy etc, for both schools and corporate.

Ms Chay provides individual coaching sessions and/or customised designed courses that are tailored to her clients' organization needs.
