Hi, I’m Winnie. This website is to raise awareness for protecting personal information in online space.

As you might know, most of everything could go online nowadays. Online interactions are so fast, connective, and convenient.

However, since online information is so easy to be found and accessed, it also means that it could be leaked or hacked.

You might wake up one day and receive notifications that you had done an over $500 transaction last night which also surprised you, or you might find another version of your facebook account that doing fake product advertisement and you have no idea about it. Those are a just simple example of how crucial is protecting your online information and there are more many ways that people could take advantages of your online profile. You don’t realize how big the problem is until it comes to one of the above situations.

Don’t worry, online spaces are not that creepy after all. To acknowledge more about how to be better at #onlinecautious and be an #onlinesmart, please.
