At 22, I'm this over-ambitious package stuffed into a short, stout, happy, body. A gigantic foodie with an enormous love for baking and cooking, I set up my food blog The Foodscape two years ago. Since, I've gotten a lot better at writing, baking and food photography. I also write about everything under the sun at A Wicked Brew. :-)

By day, I'm a feature writer and by night I'm a couch potato! And somewhere in between, I am what my boyfriend calls 'the best girlfriend in the world!' Oh, did I mention that I squeeze in writing for myself and blogging in there somewhere? Yeap, I've got a lot on my plate.

Someday I'd like to be a published author; and something tells me it's going to be a cookbook! I also want to open up a chic little cafe overflowing with beautiful homemade baked goodies. And to travel the world with the love of my life would be a dream come true!

In short, I'd like the life of Julia Childs meets Carrie Bradshaw; minus the love-life drama, and fashion extravaganza, but with a lot of butter and cake!
