Possess 7 years of solid Airline Systems and Project Management experience having worked on various Res/DCS platforms like New Skies, SabreSonic & Amadeus.
Mid-level Account Management experience with International exposure in Singapore, Perth & Melbourne.

2. I understand that good customer service wins business :: I strive to play the role of a Jerry Maguire where the focus is always on the client. Do not get me wrong, numbers and profits do matter but I believe if the client is well taken care of, everything else will fall into place.
3. I know that nothing is impossible when you put your mind into it :: My inspiration comes from my former boss, Tony Fernandes who bought AirAsia in 2001 with USD $11 million of debt and 2 aircraft. Skeptics predicted he would fail but he proved them wrong by turning the airline around back into profit in 2002.
