Will Lukang

Will seek every opportunity to learn and grow so that he is able to pass his knowledge to the younger generation. He is passionate about people/leadership development, coaching and mentoring. He always looks at the positive side of every situation.

Will’s leadership journey started in 2001. His journey took him to Seton Hall University Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership (MASCL) program where he graduated with honors. He is a public speaker in Leadership. He presented at the Learning Leaders Symposium in Fort Myers, Florida on “Developing Talent Around Us Strengthening Relationships One at a Time”. Aside from his passion for leadership and talent development, Will is a certified project manager from PMI and a Certified Scrum Master. He is also a Certified Leadership Development Coach. Will is currently working on his John Maxwell Coaching Certification. Will is a co-author of The Character-Based Leader book published by Dog Ear publishing on September of 2012.

Will has more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and over 5 years in executive coaching, teaching leadership development and Agile. He holds an MBA in Information Decision and Technology Management from IONA College where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Majoring in Accounting from University of Santo Tomas.
