Over the last 10 years I have worked with startups, medium-sized firms to conglomerates – with a wealth of business exposure spanning many industries. Using open-source software, I have helped my clients rejuvenate their online presence.
For example some years ago I worked with Foska. Their requirement to acquire new customers was in need of improvement. Within just a short few months I developed a website feature which resulted in doubling the mailing list to over 10,000 subscribers providing increased sales leads.

I also worked with Lightspeed Research, a market research company who wanted more engagement with their customers. Within six months I helped to reduce the bounce rate by 4%, the percentage of visitors who enter the site and “bounce” rather than continue viewing other pages within the same site.

The Kent, Surrey & Sussex Deanery (NHS) wanted the majority of its employees to register and apply for training via its website instead of by phone. I helped them tip the balance by conducting interviews and a survey to gather requirements and improve the website user experience from finding a course through to applying and managing it.
