His early industrial experience began in Nuclear Engineering over 40 years ago with US Naval Nuclear Power School. Later in his career he found an interest in mechanical engineering, numerical controlled machines, and quality management systems. While he has worked in production manufacturing, education, and quality control, his subject matter expertise is in manufacturing engineering, product development, and numerical controlled machine programming. He understands the value of servant leadership and encourages collaboration, creativity, and ambitious standards of accountability from his team.
