Leony is passionate about real estate and enjoys helping families needing to buy or sell properties whether as a first time buyer, empty nesters who want to downsize and investors. She truly believe in the adage “If you choose a job that you love, you will never have to work a day in your life.” Leony loves the feeling that she gets when she see the smiles on the faces of her clients and their family. She loves hearing the stories of the buyer who is looking for the right house in the right neighborhood so that they can have a better commute to work and thus have less stress and more free time to enjoy with their family, or the stories of the seller who needs to get on with his life but wants to sell to just the right person who will love the place just as much as they did.

Leony is a Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource or SFR Certified as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert and is on a mission to stop foreclosures one homeowner at a time. Believing that life is about continuous learning, she also took the Certified Senior Advisor course and earned the CSA designation.
