At Woodley Lucas, we manage construction projects for a range of clients. Based in Surrey, close to Guildford, we work across the county, the South of England and worldwide.

We have experience operating in a number of different sectors including commercial (such as office buildings and retail outlets), residential (including property developments and individual houses), public transport, ecclesiastical and healthcare.

The services provided by Woodley Lucas are divided into three main areas. Firstly, we can carry out Construction Management, which involves a client’s instruction to undertake pre-agreed and specific work alongside other contractors. We also offer Project Management services, through which we can oversee the management of all parties such as design and construction teams. We also offer a quantity surveyor service.
