Recognized as one of the nation’s top real estate experts, Woodson Gardner obtained her industry knowledge via more than a decade of experience in the field. Prior to beginning her professional career, however, Woodson Gardner attended Hollins University, from which she graduated in 1995 with a degree in economics and theology.

In 2002, she began her professional career when she founded Woodson Gardner and Associates within Allen Tate Realtors in Cornelius, North Carolina. In this capacity, she assisted a range of clients with residential purchases and sales, calling on a thorough knowledge of the communities she represented. Moreover, Ms. Gardner walked clients through the entire sale and purchase processes, including negotiating on their behalves.

In 2006, Woodson Gardner accepted a position as broker and owner of Re/Max Executive Realty in Cornelius, which she maintained until 2010. She continued her commitment to providing clients with top service while maintaining discretion regarding client selections and identities. During this time, she accrued such distinctions as top earner in the Re/Max organization by Forbes Magazine and the Goldline Research’s award for most dependable Realtor on the East Coast in 2008.
