I wear several hats — and I wear them with purpose.

I am a Licensed Counsellor in private practice, a Lecturer in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at HCUC, a corporate wellness facilitator, and a long-time volunteer with community organisations in Penang. Running through all of it is one consistent thread: helping people and organisations grow through difficulty.

In my counselling practice, I work with individuals and families navigating stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. In the corporate space, I design and deliver workplace wellness programmes for HR teams and manufacturing SMEs. In the classroom, I prepare the next generation of supply chain professionals.

After 15+ years, I still believe the same thing: you deserve all the good that life has to offer — and you don't have to reach it alone.
