WordCove

LuAnn is the owner and principal of WordCove: an Austin, Texas-based content development firm that works directly with business owners and CEOs including attorneys, physicians and consultants.

Over the years, LuAnn has written for The HT Group, IBM, Cook Children’s Medical Center, The Austin Diagnostic Clinic, and Iowa Public Television and has ghost written numerous other pieces. Her work for clients has been featured in Digital Energy Journal, Engineered Wood Journal, European Clinical Trials, Buildings Magazine, Access Control, Austin American-Statesman, The New York Times and others. She ghost wrote the book Cut Your Tax in 2010 and Preserve Your Legacy (New Year Publishing) and is a contributor to the book Lost Lessons From Life on the Farm by Gregory Bloom.

With years of corporate and agency PR experience, LuAnn is perhaps best known for questioning traditional PR tactics and helping business leaders and entrepreneurs unleash their inner publicist. She was featured in Mashable’s “The Future of Public Relations and Social Media,” was named one of “100 PR People Worth Following on Twitter” by Conversation Agent and was a SXSW Interactive panelist debating social media PR flubs.

Now that LuAnn focuses exclusively on writing, she’s able to use her strategic marketing communications background to help inform her copy and consult her clients.
