Hi, I’m Wordsmith. I’m a writer living in Mumbai, India. I love reading a variety of stuff. Some of my favourite subjects apart from Current affairs are history, philosophy, politics, psychology pertaining to Human relationships, Religion, Science..

Every now and then some of these topics are inspiring enough to percolate into hazy story ideas.
Ideas of course are your babies which you need to nurture over time to know if they are any good as they grow. Unfortunately most writers ultimately become procrastinators as they realize the need to abandon many of of their babies. These babies do not turn out to be healthy enough as they grow.

But some Ideas are indeed powerful enough to germinate as images of some real or hypothetical characters.
It is these characters which wake me in the middle of the night to let out their stories.
I'm thus forced to capture (if not elaborate upon) these ideas on paper there and then. These characters despise me going back to sleep and make sure no record of this lucid dream remains when i'm awake.
They demand that their conversations be respected by putting them on paper there and then.
I don't think it is some mental disease.
These short meetings inspire me to elaborate some of them as short stories or characters.

Music is and has always been a passion.
I cherish the weekend jam sessions as a student. The rat race of life presently does not allow to pursue music much but i'll plan things so that i can devote time to this hobby of mine.

I’m adore TV dramas and Movies with good stories, realistic characters and creative cinematography as foundation.

Though i'm a big fan of both bollywood and Hollywood movies, but i'm very selective about the movies i take time time out to watch in a cinema hall.
I like US and UK TV drama the most.
Unfortunately i'm not able to connect with 99% of Indian TV drama.
It makes me sad to see the state of Hindi TV drama. But it also inspires me to write something more exciting, more real and more inspiring. I keep adding something or other to the stories and characters i've developed over the years. I'm researching the episodic TV screenplay designs presently.
One day i know i will be able to create a narrative which will resonate throughout the world. A well plotted story which will have the power to change some people for good and make this world a better place to live in.
