I advise and represent both employees and employers in Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area on all aspects of employment.

I frequently act on behalf of clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and have appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court of Ontario. I also act on behalf clients in matters before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ministry of Labour and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
