Jennifer McDaniel is certified professional coach, well-being strategist and owner of Worthy of Health. With over 25 years of experience as a professional speaker, corporate trainer and a learning development leader in the area of beauty, health and wellness; Jennifer’s passion is to help woman design a life that they desire through the process of extreme-self-care, human connection and inspired action. Her holistic, comprehensive coaching approach to well-being is rooted on how all areas of one’s life are connected.

As a whole living expert, Jennifer understands that health is a LIFESTYLE and involves all areas of your life – nutrition, physical activity, relationships, career, spirituality and so much more. As a coach, she empowers you to tap into your own body, your energy levels and work through blocks that may be holding you back in a number of areas using a variety of strategies and coaching skills

Jennifer is a graduate of IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) where she studied over 100 different dietary theories. Her unique approach to nutrition takes into account your bio-individuality, relationships, work, exercise and spirituality; as well as what you eat to build optimum health and wellness from the inside out.

She received her professional coach training from IPEC, where she is trained in Core Energy Coaching™, a coaching process that goes beyond traditional coaching to tackle the root cause of our challenges: our underlying thoughts and emotions. As a result, we can better connect our inner purpose and passion to our goals and strategies-zeroing in on what we really want and breaking through what's holding us back and creating sustainable, long-term change.

Jennifer is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach through The International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession.
